1. Description of Service

myFPL is a third-party assistant application for Fantasy Premier League. The Service provides tools for squad optimization, transfer recommendations, live tracking, and analysis.

Disclaimer: myFPL is an unofficial, independent project developed by MajaLabs LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any associated entities.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You will link your FPL Team ID to your account. You acknowledge that after a 24-hour grace period following initial setup, this Team ID becomes permanently associated with your account for the remainder of the season.

3. Season Pass and Payments

Free Tier: myFPL offers free access to core features including viewing your squad, live points, league standings, and fixture schedules.

Premium (Season Pass): Advanced features such as transfer suggestions, optimal lineups, and AI reports require a paid Season Pass.

• The Season Pass is a one-time purchase, valid for the current FPL season only.
• Prices are displayed at the point of purchase.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Data and Accuracy

myFPL relies on data sourced from the official Fantasy Premier League API. We do not control this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, timeliness, or completeness.

All recommendations and analysis provided by the Service are for informational purposes only. Fantasy football outcomes are unpredictable, and we make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of our suggestions.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAJALABS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API outages, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
